Q&A with the Author
- When did you first know you wanted to be a writer?
I’ve always been a storyteller, a poet, and an artist. I won the Young Authors Award in the 3rd Grade with a picture book I illustrated called Sonny Otter and the Four Seasons.
- What’s your favorite Bible verse?
I read through the Bible yearly because I love the God-breathed words of Scripture, so this question is always hard for me to answer. However, if I have to pick one verse it would be Hebrews 13:8
“Jesus is the same yesterday and today and forever.” Hebrews 13:8
Scripture says Jesus is God ̶ Emmanuel, God with us, fully Man and fully God, the Word in the Flesh, Logos, the Way and the Truth and the Life ̶ and God cannot lie. So, knowing He never changes deepens my confidence in all His infallible and unchanging words in the Bible.
